When should I hire a birth doula?

The earlier, the better! Many families hire a doula during the second trimester, but I welcome inquiries at any stage of pregnancy, depending on availability.

Can I still have a doula if I plan to get an epidural?

Absolutely. Doulas support every type of birth and every birth preference.

Do you attend inductions and cesarean births?

Yes. I provide support for spontaneous labor, inductions, planned cesareans, and VBACs.
